DIY Halloween Treat Bags – A Whimsical Craft by Hello Mini Bianco

Hello Mini Bianco’s Halloween crafts are simply enchanting and filled with personality that instantly brings a smile. Each creation, from hand‑painted pumpkins to whimsical little decorations, feels lovingly made with a wonderful sense of imagination.

Whether you’re hosting a Halloween party, preparing sweet little surprises for trick-or-treaters, or just want a fun afternoon craft with the kids, these easy kraft paper treat bags are a delightful way to add a handmade touch to your spooky celebrations.

What You’ll Need:

• A piece of kraft paper (construction paper, origami paper, newspaper—whatever you have on hand!)

• Scissors

• Glue or double-sided tape

• Black marker or pen for decorating

• Optional: stickers, googly eyes, washi tape, string

*Tip: We used a 21 cm × 21 cm square of kraft paper, but you can scale up or down depending on how big (or tiny!) you want your treat bags to be.

Let’s Make It!

1. Fold Your Paper:
   Start with your square paper laid flat. Fold it in half diagonally to form a triangle. Then, fold each corner inwards to create a simple pouch. Secure with a bit of glue or tape to hold the shape.

2. Create the Flap:
   Fold the top corner down over the front to make a little envelope-style flap. This is where you can get playful—draw a face, add some stickers, or even glue on a pair of bat wings!

3. Decorate with Personality:
   This is where the Mini‑Bianco magic comes in. Use a black marker to doodle a cute jack-o’-lantern grin, a sleepy ghost face, or even a tiny black cat. Add googly eyes for extra charm, or tie the top with orange string for a pop of festive color.

4. Fill with Treats or Tiny Surprises:
   These little pouches are just the right size for small candies, stickers, or handmade notes. They also make adorable place settings or party favors for a Halloween get-together.
